About the Founders

Management development veterans Coach Jo and Coach Nancy  founded Solutions to provide a financial web app for people wanting more personalized attention while learning to better manage their financial life. Solutions provides financial tracking tools, community support and expert coaching to members who want to improve their financial health. The founders have a combined six decades of financial management, risk management and development experience in a number of industries including banking, credit, legal and consulting industries.

Jo and Nancy have held positions as CFO, Marketing & Education Director, Director of Business Services, Bank Officer, Corporate Trainer, Director of Credit & Collections, and Operations Manager. Coach Jo and Coach Nancy have the hands-on experience to train and steer you through the down-and-dirty business of managing your financial life.

The Team Members

Ed has a varied background. With an education in advertising, sociology and business, Ed is a leader, supportive teacher and analyst in the securities and mortgage industries, however, he always gravitates to his creative roots. Philosophically opposed to passivity and doing things simply because that’s how they’ve been done before, he has created, designed and edited two corporate e-magazines and helped revamp corporate processes and training programs. Ed excels in public speaking, writing and, with an artist’s eye, he is a natural storyteller and self-taught graphic designer.

Gale has the pulse on it all. With a background in office management, training & development, human resources & website design, Gale keeps us all focused and on the same page.  Expert copywriting, website editing & tracking are just some of her many duties. With a marketing background, Gale rounds out the team nicely.
